Dex Signals Refund Policy

Dex Signals offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all initial fees for our Dex Signal Membership only paid to the company when the following conditions are met. You must be able to show proof that the signals do not work. We have many members showing constant proof of successful trades in the Trader Chat Room. We are here to help you succeed, but you have to take the responsibility to due the training.

  • Refunds apply to Full Price purchases only. If you have used a Coupon Code you may Not request a refund.
  • You may Not request a refund if you have not gone through all of the Learning Center Lessons and have had a Pro Consult with one of our Senior Traders.
  • You may Not request a refund just because…… Do your due diligence first and go through all of the training for free first so you understand exactly what our service includes. There is a learning process that you must do in order to become successful using our signals.
  • There will be NO refunds after your first 30 days. You can cancel at anytime but after 30 days no refunds will be processed due the nature of our educational tools available upon immediate online access and delivery of your order.

Your membership will automatically renew every 30 days upon for the same product you selected at the same price until you cancel. No obligation—cancel anytime to avoid future charges by e-mailing our friendly Customer Service.

All charges to your credit card are billed to Our City Investments, LLC.

If anyone should file a dispute claiming fraud, we will take legal action since when you file a claim, you are stating that your credit card was used without your authorization. We can clearly see your IP address and check your activity/training on our site.
